1-2-1 training & small group

If so you are in the right place, this page gives you all the information you need to know about the benefits of training with me in whether your goals are weight loss, body transformation or to increase fitness levels and also the packages available.
The benefits of 1-2-1 or small group sessions –
1:2:1 sessions or small group classes are for the dedicated student wanting to maximise their time and dedication for Personal Training or for the individual wanting to address specific body transformation & fitness needs. The benefits are endless.
I have been working with clients over the last 20 years to transform their lives, increase their fitness levels, change their body shape and mindset. I will customise a program to address your individual needs and achieve the results you are looking for.
You will gain a deeper understanding of what your personal fitness needs are in a gym environment and enjoy the journey.
These sessions always begin with a full Health & Fitness Screening and will also incorporate postural and functional mobility analysis, fitness tests if required and body composition tests.
For 1-2-1 sessions I can either come to you and train you within your home or I can train you from a private personal training gym in Cambridge or at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket
Small Group Training sessions are for a maximum of 3 participants to train together and share the cost of the session, These sessions will be held at either venue above.
Prices for 1-2-1 or small group are –
1 x session = £45.00
6x sessions = £250.00
10x sessions = £400.00
Kelly Reed-Banks is a level 3 Personal trainer who has over 22 years experience training a wide variety of clients all over the world. She is Pre & Post Natal qualified, as well as holding level 4 Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions & Back Care. Kelly regularly works with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths & Midwives in the Cambridgeshire area.
Each client will also have a full nutritional programme designed for them using the principles of Kelly’s Kick Start Cambridge formula – take a look at www.kickstartfatlosscambridge.com for more information on the nutrition.
As well as unlimited access to Kelly’s online workouts, access to her health & wellness support group on Facebook and a written gym programme (if required) to do in your own time.
