The benefits of 1-2-1 or small group sessions –
1:2:1 sessions or small group classes are for the dedicated student wanting to maximise their time and dedication to the discipline of Pilates or Yoga or for the individual wanting to address specific post rehabilitative needs. The benefits are endless.
I have been working with clients over the last 10 years to improve their core & back strength, to improve flexibility, to improve posture & decrease orthopedic problems. I will customise a program to address your individual needs and achieve the results you are looking for.
You will gain a deeper understanding of what your personal fitness needs are in a Pilates or Yoga environment and enjoy the journey.
These classes always begin with a full Health & Fitness Screening and will also incorporate postural and functional mobility analysis.
For 1-2-1 sessions I can either come to you and train you within your home or I can train you from a private personal training gym in Cambridge or at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket
Small Group Training sessions are for a maximum of 4 participants to train together and share the cost of the session, These sessions will be held at either venue above.
Prices for 1-2-1 or small group are –
1 x session = £45.00
6x sessions = £250.00
10x sessions = £400.00

Kelly Reed-Banks is a level 3 Pilates Professional who has over 19 years experience teaching Pilates, Yoga & Fitness. She is Pre & Post Natal qualified, as well as holding level 4 Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions & Back Care. Kelly regularly works with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths & Midwives in the Cambridgeshire area.
