Power Conditioning Workshop with Kelly Reed-Banks

Calling all instructors – the time has come to revamp your Conditioning workouts again – so many new ideas to make your conditioning more results driven, focused and targeted.

Our class members demand creative ways to train and Kelly delivers user friendly ideas in this 3 hour workshop.

Functional anatomy and functional training are now a primary training focus and Kelly mixes this will new protocols such as Giant sets, Tri sets & Pyramids.

Our 3 hour workshop is for all forward thinking Instructors wanting to take advantage of new research & information.

All Group Exercise Instructors, Personal Trainers & Bootcamp Trainers are most welcome.

Session 1 – SHREDDED – 45 mins
Join Kelly for her unique formula of in interval training where she takes components of fitness against each other to give you the ultimate in metabolic interval training.

This 45 min session will have you working Cardio against resistance, Upper Body against lower Body, Balance V’s Power, Speed V’s coordination and then a complete mash up of body parts against each other.

Session 2 – SUPREME Take 2 – 45mins

Kelly Launched her SUPREME formula on KS Extreme tour and due to popular demand it is back with new exercises and formulas for your clients who wish to reap the benefits from Interval training but without the explosive moves & impact.

We understand that some of your clients require modifications and adaptations so this whole session is catering just for them.

Session 3 – FOCUS – 45mins
Using resistance training methods of Tri & Giant Sets, Kelly will be taking all those ‘problem’ areas which clients want to focus on and giving you the most effect exercises in a formula designed to strengthen and sculpt that focus area of the body. These ideas are great to use as a whole class or can be used along side other training methods or Personal Training sessions to give your clients the effect they desire.

  2. Places are booking SO fast and some venues are booking out already.
  3. As soon as your booking and payment has gone though the website automatically emails you a receipt and a booking confirmation.
  4. If it hasn’t arrived please check your SPAM/TRASH folder as sometimes the email goes into this folder.
  5. Kelly will touch base with you a few days before the day.
  6. The workshop notes are emailed to you a few days before the event, please print these of and bring with you on the day.
  7. Please note we respectfully advise once a booking has been made we are unable to refund or transfer your booking.
  8. A certificate of attendance pdf is emailed to you after the event for your records.
  9. Please attend dressed to workout and wear warm layers as sometimes the studios are chilly.
  10. We always bring along DVDS, CD’s and clothing for you to purchase on the day.
  11. The workshop isn’t endorsed by REPS. BUT. You are able to claim points as part of your ongoing education.
  12. Choreographytogo workshops are a fabulous blend of practical and theory work.
